Markertech UK Ltd is a family-run business with over 16 years of experience, established in 2007, demonstrating our long-standing presence in the industry.

As a Weidmuller Distributor, we specialise in Workplace Solutions, including Printers, Automatic Crimp Machines, Hand Tools, and, more recently, Terminals, Power Supplies, Ethernet Switches, Relays, Surge Protection, and Remote I/O products, showcasing our comprehensive product portfolio.

Service


Since 2002, service has been a key part of our company, supporting the Weidmuller PrintJet and demonstrating our long-term commitment to quality support.

To support you, we maintain a stock of Loan Systems for quick replacements during breakdowns, and our in-house custom print service can deliver markers the next day. For Printer Repair, please contact us by completing our repair form to ensure you get help quickly.

We also provide Technical Support via Phone or Remote Desktop Connection to make sure you can get help whenever you need it and encourage you to reach out when you do.

Investing In Our Future


We’re continuously investing to improve. 

Over the past few years, we’ve invested tens of thousands in software to deliver the best service, demonstrating our commitment to growth and innovation.

We have digitalised the Pick and Pack department, eliminating paper picking lists to streamline operations and improve dispatch speed.

The new website offers live stock updates and benefits account customers with discounted ordering, address updates, invoice downloads, CSV imports, and quick re-order options.

We’ve also invested in mobile racking, which means we hold more stock in less space, giving us room to expand!

 

Environment & Sustainability


As we are based in Wales, we have to recycle everything we can.

We reuse as much packaging as possible to reduce waste and rarely have to purchase any packaging materials.

We've recently purchased a cardboard shredding machine to enhance waste management; any boxes that we’re unable to re-use are shredded to serve as void-fill in our packing department, supporting our waste reduction efforts.

All light fittings within the business are low-energy LED, and we’ve installed energy-efficient heating and cooling systems to lower our energy consumption and support sustainability.

We previously applied for a local Decarbonization Grant to support our sustainability goals, but we weren’t eligible because our emissions are below the required threshold, demonstrating our existing proactive approach.

We’ve considered switching the company van to an electric one, but because we cover the whole of the UK and often have to make journeys that wouldn’t currently be feasible in an EV, this isn't viable.
